PlazaTur collects only the personal data strictly necessary for providing its educational services (course registration, access to resources, contact). This data may include your last name, first name, email address, institution, and academic information. Collection is carried out transparently, with your explicit consent.
Data Use
Your data is used to manage your account, provide you with personalized access to educational content, inform you of course updates, and respond to your requests. It is in no way used for commercial purposes or transferred to third parties for marketing. Anonymized data may be used for internal statistical analysis.

Access to data is strictly limited to authorized PlazaTur staff. Our servers are secure, and we use encryption protocols for sensitive exchanges.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with our legal obligations. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@plazatur.net. A maximum processing period of 30 days applies.
